Besides the beautiful master bath off the master bedroom, there is also a another bath off the living room. The master has a king bed and the guest bedroom on the main level has a queen bed. There is a loft area that has two bedrooms, each with double beds and another full bath. There is also a large family room in the basement with another bath, a set of bunks and two additional twin beds. There is a TV downstairs with a DVD player.
There is satellite TV in the living room with a DVD player. In-floor heat throughout makes for a very comfortable stay. In the summer, enjoy a beautiful full-length deck on the back of the house with remote awning and gas barbeque looking over the river, pond, valley and mountains.
If you are looking for a true mountain retreat, this is the property. Only 20 minutes from Pagosa, and 35 minutes to Durango or Navaho Lake. Very convenient location to many recreational opportunities.
There is a 1/2 acre fenced area for horses so if you wish to bring a horse, there will be an additional $25/day charge and you must bring your own hay.
