This 5.000 sq. ft. full log mountain retreat was built in 2000 and sits on a ridge overlooking the San Juan River about 6 miles east of town toward Wolf Creek Ski Area.  This home is a perfect retreat as it is on 2 acres and has gorgeous views of the river below and mountains in the distance.

The house has two floors with a large kitchen, dining room, living room with huge picture windows and master bedroom with bath and another half bath on the main floor.  In the daylight basement there are 3 more bedrooms, 2 baths, a huge family room and laundry room.  Each floor has a rock wood-burning fireplace.  The master bedroom has a log king bed, Bed. #2 downstairs has a log king bed, Bed. #3 has a log queen bed and Bed. #4 has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds.  There is also a single futon chair in the family room.

In the large kitchen area upstairs, there is a large dining table with 6 chairs and also another smaller table with 4 chairs.  There is a TV in the family room downstairs with a DVD and VCR and another TV in the bedroom with bunks that has a VCR for movies only.

If you are looking for a true mountain retreat, this is the property. It is in San Juan River Resort so is only 18 miles from the ski area and on the San Juan River.

Rate Details:

Low Season: $375/night (+ 6.9% sales tax and 1.9% lodging tax)
High Season: $500/night (+ 6.9% sales tax and 1.9% lodging tax)

High Season Dates:

11/25/10 to 11/28/10

12/18/10 to 1/3/11

3/12/11 to 3/27/11

Cleaning Fee non refundable $275.00 - Weekly Rates Available during low season only (pay for 6 nights, but stay for 7).   Rates are subject to change without notice. Please contact us for our most current rates.
