This very cute home is 1,800 sq. ft. and has a 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, plus a loft area.  There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in each of the other two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and also in the loft.  There is a TV with DVD in the living room, a small TV with VHS in one bedroom and a large TV in the master bedroom. 

The house has a gas log fireplace to make it feel very cozy, a 2-car garage and great mountain views.  There are some games, movies and books in the loft area for kids and some sleds in the garage for those winter outdoor days. 

The location is close to Lake Hatcher and National Forest.

Low Season: $150/night (+ 6.9% sales tax and 1.9% lodging tax)
High Season: $175/night (+ 6.9% sales tax and 1.9% lodging tax)
