Over 2,500 sq. ft. and built in 1981, this is a 452 acre, privately owned ranch.  Deep in the heart of natures most beautiful splendor, nestled in Southern Colorado, with 360 degree views, and the beautiful San Juan River winding through the property.  Located just minutes from beautiful, historic Pagosa Springs, Colorado, guests enjoy the beauty and solitude, yet are a quick five minute drive from shopping, wonderful restaurants, and the luxurious hot springs mineral spas.

MASK Ranch offers scenic beauty, and a versatile layout.  It is perfect for family reunions, weddings, fishing trips, hunting trips (no hunting on the property), skiing, snowmobiling and more!  Imagine waking up to deer on the lawn during your next family vacation!

The MASK Ranch Main House is a large, roomy and comfortable house that sleeps 16 people.  There is a large area around the house with a manicured lawn, surrounded by plenty of trees and natures own ‘lawn’.  There are 4 bedrooms (the master has a queen bed with a deck off of it, Bed. # 2 has 2 double beds and a twin bed, Bed #3 has 1 queen and a twin and another deck off of it, Bed #4 has 2 sets of bunks).  In the living room there is also a hide-a-bed, wood stove, and gorgeous mountain and meadow views.  There is also a pool table and ping pong table in the garage, plus a large hot tub.  There is also a propane gas grill outside.

Down the hill from the Main House are 3 private ponds, as well as  private stretch of the San Juan River.  Guests are free to go fish in the waters on the property.  All fishing is catch and release only.

Rate Details:

Low Season: $250/night (+ 6.9% sales tax and 1.9% lodging tax)
High Season: $400/night (+ 6.9% sales tax and 1.9% lodging tax)
