You can also see a portion of the Golf Course from this house. The house is 5 minutes from shopping, golf, restaurants and much more. The Recreation Center is just across the lake if you wish to go swimming, work out or just soak in the spa.
There are 3 large bedrooms, the master being on the main level and two more upstairs off the loft. There is a very nice master bath off the master bedroom and another full bath upstairs. There is also a half bath on the main level off the kitchen. The master bedroom and one bedroom upstairs have queen beds and the other bedroom upstairs has a set of twin beds. In addition, there is a double bed up in the loft area with a double futon and an air hockey table. There are 4 TV's in the house, an HD/DVR with DVD in the living room, one in the master bedroom, another in the bedroom upstairs with the queen bed and another one in the loft area.
The well-equipped kitchen has an eating bar and there is a dining table that seats 6. The living room has floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the beautiful views and wildlife on the lake.
There is also a gas grill on the back deck.
