This home is approx. 2,700 sq. ft. and was built in 1995.  Fabulous mountain log home with special charm, close to everything in the Pagosa Lakes area with awesome San Juan Mountain views.  This home says "chalet" with the tasteful western decor and a warm and comfortable feeling of spacious living with a rock wood-burning fireplace and log accents.  Wood bundles may be purchased in town as we do not supply the firewood.

Three bedrooms and two full baths (2 1/2 baths total) comfortably sleep 8.  There is a king in one bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom and two doubles in the third bedroom.  The gourmet kitchen is large with granite countertops and fully equipped with a dishwasher and microwave.  There is also a washer/dryer.

The large patio offers 180 degree mountain views.  It is truly one of the nicest properties in town!  There is also a beautiful hot tub on the back deck.  A charcoal barbeque is available in the garage for your use.

Use of the Recreation Center is possible if you purchase punch tickets.  Ask us for details.
