"Team Pagosa" offers Pagosa Springs property management and real estate services for visitors and locals in the Pagosa Springs, Colorado area.  Chris Hachenberg teamed up with Laura Daniels, a top producer in the Pagosa Springs area, to establish “Team Pagosa” in 2006. 

In July, 2011, Team Pagosa proudly added another member to the team, Lana Grey.   Lana specializes in Real Estate sales and adds an enthusiasm and energy to the team with her outgoing personality and pursuit of excellence in all she does.

Together, Chris, Laura and Lana bring energy, experience and excitement to the Real Estate Community.

Chris Hachenberg

Originally from Oregon, Chris spent much of her life there until moving to Park City, UT for 9 years and then to Cave Creek, AZ for another 6 years before settling in Pagosa Springs.  After spending many years in Marketing in corporate America, Chris decided to follow her long-time passion in 2005, to help others achieve their dreams through real estate.   Formerly licensed in Arizona and now in Colorado, she brings her creative marketing skills and outgoing personality to Team Pagosa.  Though she works a lot of the time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and Golden Retriever hiking, camping, fishing, snowmobiling and skiing.

Laura Daniels

After working in the Health Club Industry in California, Laura Daniels fell in love with Pagosa Springs and decided to move here and pursue a career in real estate and property management in 1994.  Part of her success is the amount of time she takes to match each buyer and/or visitor with the right property.  She loves spending time with her horses and riding in the high country.  Though she spends much of her time working, she also enjoys quiet time at home on her small ranch with her dogs and other animals.

Lana Grey

Having lived most of her life in Oklahoma and Texas, she moved to Santa Fe, NM in 1989.  While there, she and her husband built a home and launched a construction company.  She has assisted in building design and interior decorating and loves the arts and cooking.  In 2003, Lana moved to Pagosa Springs and became a Realtor.  Lana has been a top producing Realtor in Pagosa and adds tremendous experience and enthusiasm to Team Pagosa.  Along with her husband and two Golden Retrievers, she loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking, capmping, fishing, and various winter sports.
